The Chinese Chess Association (CCA), under the auspices of the Asian Chess Federation (ACF) and International Chess Federation (FIDE), is inviting all National Chess Federations in Eastern Asia to participate in the 7th Eastern Asia Youth Chess Championship. The championship will take place from August 3rd to August 11th, 2023, in Changjiang Chess Bay, located in Hainan Province, China.
At stake are Direct FIDE Titles of IM/WIM, FM/WFM and CM/WCM. Cash Prizes will be distributed only for standard chess. The total prize is 10,400 USD, before local Chinese tax of 20%
The first three places in U8 and U10 will win 300 USD, 200 USD and 100 USD, respectively. The first three places in U12, U14, U 16 and U 18 will win 500 USD, 300 USD and 200 USD, respectively.
