GM Ziaur Rahman Grabs Solo Lead in Zone 3.2 Zonal Hybrid Chess Championship

GM Ziaur Rahman (above, right) of Bangladesh beat compatriot Mohammad Fahad Rahman to grab solo lead with 4½ points after 5 rounds of the Zone 3.2 Zonal Hybrid Chess Championship 2021 sponsored by SAIF POWERTEC Limited at the Asia Hotel & Resorts and online chess platform tornelo. The champion qualifies into the World Cup next month in Sochi, Russia.
