A FIDE Arbiters Seminar in Arabic was organized by the Asian Chess Federation, and under the auspices of FIDE Arbiters Commission 22-26 June 2023 via Zoom. the event was supported by the FIDE Planning and Development Commission.
The Lecturer was IA/IO Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE) FIDE Lecturer, Councilor of FIDE AC, Chairman of ACF AC. The Technical was KK Chen, the Organizer Hisham Al Taher (ACF General secretary), the observer was IA/IO Casto Abundo (ACF Executive
Director).
The Language of the Seminar was Arabic. Daily lectures from 18.00 to 22.30 Dubai Time (+4 GMT). total of (22 hours), 30 th June 2023 was the examination test online (4 hours). Twenty (22) participants were registered from ten (10) deferent federations, nine (9) of them were female. The participants were from ALG, EGY, UAE, BRN, TUN, MAR, YEM, KSA,
SYR, and LBA. Twenty-One (21) of them attended the exam.
