Asian Women’s Continental Online Chess Championship Starts

The Asian Women’s Online Chess Championship has started with 74 players from 15 countries competing for the Asian Continental slot in the FIDE Women;s Grand Swiss this October in Riga, Latvia. Top seed is IM Irene Sukandar of Indonesia. Nine WGMs, 8 IMs, 22 WIMs, 13 WFMs and 5 WCMs are participating.
