The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized from 14th to 16th April 2023 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation and Zone 3.4 FIDE President under the auspices of FIDE and Asian Chess Federation. The Seminar gathered 16 participants from Zone 3.4 FIDE countries — Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
The venue of the Seminar was the International Chess Academy in Tashkent.
The Lecturer was IA Vardapetyan Ashot of Armenia (right), FIDE Lecturer. His assistant lecturer was IA Turdialiev Husan of Uzbekistan (left), FIDE Lecturer.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
