IM Vladislav Nasybullin of Kazakhstan Leads Asian Srs 65+, 3 Share Lead in 50+ Group

 

Vladislav Nasybullin of Kazakhstan (above right) maintained solo lead with 5.5 points after six rounds of the Asian Seniors Chess Championship 65+ age group in Terelj, Mongolia.

In the 50+ age group, Oleg Golovchuk of Kazakhstan (above, right) and GM Bazar Khatanbaatar (below, right) and FM Nyamaa Tuvsanaa of Mongolia (top left) share the lead with 5 points each after six rounds.

The Asian Seniors 50+ and 65+ Chess Championships are going on 9-19 August 2024 in Terelj, Mongolia with 42 players over 65 and 38 players over 50 from nine countries, namely India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Zealand, Philippines and Russia playing under neutral FIDE flag.
