GM Parham Maghsoodloo of Iran beat GM Gukesh on top board to register his 4th win for a performance rating of 2871. GM Praggnababdhaa evened the score for India by beating GM Amin Tabatabaei of Iran for a performance rating of 2912. The other two boards split the point.
