Rapid Champions Crowned at the 28th Asian Youth Chess Championships 2026

Shenzhen, China – 16 July 2026

The Rapid Chess Championship of the 28th Asian Youth Chess Championships 2026 was successfully held on 16 July 2026 at the COLI Hotel, Shenzhen, China, bringing together nearly 900 young players from 30 Asian federations for a day of exciting and highly competitive chess.

The championship featured competitions in twelve age categories (Under-8, Under-10, Under-12, Under-14, Under-16 and Under-18, Boys and Girls), with players demonstrating outstanding fighting spirit, excellent sportsmanship, and impressive technical skills throughout the tournament.
