Follow us on Twitter facebook and  Instagram. Thirty one men and 20 women are competing in 5-round Swiss System events. Time control is 10 minutes plus 10 second increments starting from move 1. Games start 3pm and 4pm Dubai time over the weekend of 27th to 29th May 2022.

Kazemiyan Eski Abolfazl of Iran and Jasper Rom of the Philippines have 3 points each after as many rounds in the Open division. Cheyzer Crystal J. Mendoza and Cheryl A. Angot, both of the Philippines, are tied with 2.5 points each in the women’s division. Here are the standings after 3 rounds:
