Two Tournaments Held in Nepal

        
Nepal accomplished two tournaments one Invitational International named “Birat Open International Chess Tournament-2022”,  from 20th to 24th September and one Province-wide named “Pathibhara Festive Province-1 Chess Tournament-2022” from 26th to 29th September.

Results of Birat Open:-
Kartavya Anadkat (India) has been winner of Birat Open with 8 points out of 9 rounds swiss, Ram Prakash (India) secured second position by 7 points, while, FM Aminul Islam Khandaker from Bangladesh got the third position equal points with 7.  Congratulations to all winners.
Total Cash prize:- NPR 460000/-
Results of Pathibhara:-
Finally, Prakash Nepal from Damak, Jhapa, conquered upon Mission Dahal of Dynamic chess academy and nailed the crown of Pathibhara Fest Province-1-wide Tournament-2022 at Taplejung, with 6 points out of 7.
 Anyways, CM Bhupendra Niraula stumbled Bal Bahadur Tamang (Bikash)’s undefeated voyage at the final round and gain the 6 points to secure him at second position, while Bal Bahadur Tamang (Bikash) from Dharan, Sunsari safely stood at third position with 5.5 points.
