Arca leads together with compatriot IM Michael Concio, defending champion GM Aleksey Grebnev, IM Krishna Rohith and Yash Bharadia of India, IM Artem Uskov of Russia playing under FIDE flag, and IM Mukhdalai Amilal of Mongolia.
