From 12th to 15th March 2019 in the International Chess Academy in Tashkent,
Uzbekistan, takes place FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar.
The seminar is carried out by the FIDE Lecturer International Arbiter
Turdialiev Husan (Uzbekistan), the assistant is International Arbiter
Krjukov Mikhail (Russia).
Two persons from each country of FIDE Zone 3.4 were invited to participate
in the seminar and were provided with lodging and food. Totally participate
15 Arbiters from 7 countries – Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan,
Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
