Asian Chess Federation in cooperation with National Chess Federation of the Philippines shall organize an online FIDE Arbiters Seminar 10-12 July 2020 by Zoom.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Abundo, Casto (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and assistant lecturer will be IA Lee, Patrick (PHI). The language of the Seminar will be English with translation to Tagalog.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
